Owners are Terry and Lizz Mabrey. We own Litman Powers industries, LLC, a company that specializes in the acquisition, renovation, and rental of high end executive style homes. We also operate Southern Colorado Estate Sales which performs Estate Sales & Liquidations.
We recognize that many professionals are highly mobile in their careers and that an immediate home purchase may not fit their lifestyle needs or that they only need a home to live in for a year or two. We also recognize that some individuals want to take time in finding the right home to purchase but still desire to live in an comfortable, spacious, high-end home while they search for the right home. Our homes are available to fill those needs.
We own several properties and have lived in all of them while our top-notch renovations/updates take place.
